About me

Having successfully attained my bachelor's degree and master's degree at the Department of Psychology of the Middle East Technical University (METU), I received the title of Clinical Psychologist. Following this, I graduated from the Dokuz Eylul University Clinical Psychology doctorate program in 2019. Throughout my postgraduate studies and thereafter, I continued my work both in the field of psychotherapy and in academia. I embarked on an enriching academic expedition within the psychology departments of esteemed institutions such as Çankaya University, Maltepe University, and Yeditepe University. My tenure at Yeditepe University also encompassed a role as the Clinical Psychology Graduate Education Coordinator. I completed the 'From Psychoanalysis to Dynamic Psychotherapies' and 'Techniques and Practice in Dynamic Psychotherapy' trainings, and and consultation group provided by the psychoanalyst Yavuz Erten. I also completed intensive psychoanalytic psychotherapy training given by the William Alanson White Institute, one of the well-established institutions of the interpersonal psychoanalysis school. Furthermore, since 2012, I have been providing psychotherapy services to adult individuals. I employ psychodynamic therapy approach.

Since I moved abroad in 2022, I have been providing online therapy services.
